At EBRUS, we take pride in our handcrafted products, which are made with care by skilled artisans in India. Due to the handmade nature of our products, each item is unique and may have slight variations. Every product undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch to ensure the highest standards.

EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY

You can request an exchange in the following cases:

• The item is defective or damaged upon receipt.
• The item was tampered with or damaged during transit.
• The wrong item was sent.
• The package was lost in transit.
• Size exchange.
• Color exchange.

EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

• Exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.
• The product must be in unused, original condition, with tags attached, in the original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Any signs of usage will result in rejection of the exchange.
• Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
• You can either exchange the product or receive credit points, valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
• Exchanges are allowed for the same product in a different size or color.
• A product once returned and exchanged cannot be exchanged again.

RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS

1. Email us at [email protected] with your order reference number and images of the defective/tampered/incorrect product.
2. Our Quality Control team will review your request. If approved, we will share the exchange confirmation and shipping address.
3. Once we receive the returned product, we will dispatch the replacement product within 7-10 working days.
4. If you opt for credit points, they will be added to your account upon approval and can be used for future purchases within 6 months.
5. Your credit balance after each return/exchange can be viewed in your account.
6. We are not liable for any exchanges not notified in advance.
